trouble posting images in forums

I was able to post an image before, but unable to post now. What am I doing wrong ?
Jpegs meet requirements. I click on attachments, choose file, it shows in the box, but image doesn't appear, even when I click preview. Suggestions ?

Thanks for your help. I didn't realize that the image could not be "previewed" with the text. I attached the image as part of my test.
