Genesis II Gas Grill

Hi There

Just wondering if anyone uses the gas grills and if so what do you mainly cook on them

I have a older Genesis Silver A.  I mainly use the grill with a cast iron pans: breakfast, smash burgers.  I occasionally use it for sides or to keep food warm.   I love that  grill.  Bought it new in 2003.  Very well built.

Almost anything that one cooks on a kettle can be done on a gasser. Out west they are used heavy during dry season fire alerts. Great for steaks,shrimp, lobster tails, bread. Very versatile.

Just a few things I cook when I’m doing a Weber demo... also when we have company over and I’m grilling on the kettles I use the Gassers as a warming oven.
