Am considering purchasing an 18 to go with my 22. Can you effectively cook with a two zone fire on an 18, or would I really only be cooking direct? For example, can I cook a 4-5 pound chicken indirect on an 18?
Thanks for all relies. I guess no reason NOT to get an 18, right!
