Some cod loins going down on the SmokeFire. Seasoned with Killer Hogs A.P. Rub. Sitting on a bed of lemons and oranges. Using Weber Grillmaster pellets.

We've found that cod is really good for grilling. Mahi mahi, red snapper and grouper are our favorites..... I like the lemon and orange idea!
