Late start on the firing up of this 18" . She is going great with the water pan . Few more hours on a big ass pork butt. 50/50 apple cider vinager and juice .Weber charcoal & hickory aslo, never used before . New fan of it . Sadly she will be gone soon because she is for sale. I do not need 2 18" & 22"
