5qt Dutch Oven Incoming - Share your recipes!

With all this staying inside stuff happing I hope all of you have been well.

Been making bread in the bread machine but finally pulled the trigger on a Cat Iron Dutch off the bay. Figured it would serve as a bread maker, chicken roasted, backyard fire cooker.

I have never used one before and though you guys would have a story or two to share about making some good eats on one of these and some charcoal.
