Pork Butt
« on: April 16, 2020, 08:56:02 PM »
My awesome wife found a great deal on a pork butt so I am getting the 22 fired this weekend.

Is it a bad idea to rub it and leave in fridge for 48 hours?
Don’t want to ruin it.

Won't hurt a bit, just make sure you wash your hands before and after you rub your butt
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Yes wash your hands lol.... I do a kosher salt dry brine overnight before the cook and apply low / no salt rubs day of the cook.  Seems to work well.
