This cook's for @hoosierkettle and @lowbrass. 

A very fun and simple cook.  Cedar plank salmon, skewered onions and peppers, wild mushroom and green pea risotto.  Thanks for looking!

Awesome looking meal, how did you keep the risotto from falling thru the grates?
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

🤩 so cool!  Condiment rack is a nice touch as well. Food looks great. My family loves salmon.
