Second time with the Brisket!

Saw a nice Prime brisket at Costco.  Figured why not try again eh!
Beef Broth injection. BBBR and Montreal steak spice for the rub. Gonna let her cook all night at about 225f.

Sounds good, I have never been a fan of Montreal steak seasoning, but who knows, maybe it will go good with a low and slow brisket. Good luck...want to see the end results...

I'm not either. I've tried it on various things and it always seems like I burn the big chunks of spices it has in it and I don't care for the texture. But I haven't used it on a low and slow.

I'm sure it will be delicious!  Post finish pics when you can.

The first one I cooked was a bit dry. This time I injected it with Beef broth. Much better.

Other than the fact that my fire choked itself out while I was sleeping everything went pretty good. The broth injection was a good addition to.
