Out of shape kettle classic 2009

Hi
I'm new to this and bought an 2009 classic kettle, iv added new grates, baskets vortex and will add ash catcher. The lid is not quite fitting so need to straighten that or the base out. Any tips to get it round again would be great. Thanks

The hotter the  lid or bowl, the easier to shape it back to round.
