New SSP & a Top crust burger

Gave Ardsagart the night off and rolled "Ford" into the rotation, first time cooking on it. Pictures tell the tale. Saw this on a cooking show only difference was they cooked on a flattop. I modified to using my little cast iron pans. A little chunk of Plum for color and flavor. Should have gone more direct with the pans. Cooked for 15minutes then turned out over direct for about 2 minutes tops. Flavor was awesome. You could really taste the bacon and blue cheese

Looks really tasty, my wife loves Bleu on her burgers gonna have to give it a run.
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

I would let that bacon cook a little before adding the rest of the stuff, I prefer crispy bacon. But they look super good either way.
