Raspberry hot sauce
« on: July 11, 2019, 01:37:23 PM »
Had some berries that were gonna go bad if I didnt use them, so today they got sauced. I wish I would have juiced the berries or something because the seeds are too small to strain out, and they didn't blend up either.  I dont really care for the seeds in the finished sauce

@JEBIV , you will!

@davekkk aside from the seeds it is a good sauce, I start with a base of onions and sweet peppers, Then toss in whatever ripe hot to superhot peppers I have. And start adding other ingredients. I weigh everything. Some of my first sauces I just weighed sweet and hot peppers together, so I need to refine those. It usually takes me all day to make a sauce, and the next day for my wife to clean up the mess, so I havent been Mako g as much lately. I need to get the freezer cleaned out though for this years harvest.
