Damn, I'm curious on that one.  Painted over bowl.  Lid with a Simpson's handle, which upon closer inspection looks like a painted over yellow so probably a painted over Simpson's lid on an MBH.  What color is that bowl underneath?

Radjx003 that doesn't even make sense!  I understood when someone painted over my yachtsman cause it was rough on the bowl, but that doesn't look like it had hardly any issues at all unless it is on the backside or very bottom.
ISO: 18" & 22" Lime, 22" Cado, Plum SSP, Clean & Colored 18" for Midget Mod, and the usual Grails.

Thank you.  I was hoping to amuse someone in addition to myself.

@PotsieWeber I started reading and thought "What the hell is this?" at the end you left me wanting more. Bravo sir!
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

PotsieWeber

Thank you.  I aimed to tease.

I'll probably bring her pimply old ass to the Chicago meetup in as found uncleaned shape with her hairy legs, pubes, or whatever that is dangling by her leg sockets.  If you go, please just humor her & pretend like she's Greta Garbo or something.

Hal

Usually when people paint them they go with the same color at least and they are somewhat damaged.  My yachtsman bowl is pretty rough around the grate straps and has some fine cracks in the porcelain so I kind of got it when they painted it (still looks better without the paint though).  That just looks clean as can be.
