Consumed before photography, sadly.  Like Jebiv, despite the sunshine in the picture, it poured buckets shortly after finishing the cook.

Looks like the ingredients of a fine meal. What's your favorite buns to serve the sausages and peppers?

I prefer mine naked but a really thin French loaf is better than a bun.  It holds up to the pan juices from the peppers better.

A crusty split baguette does sound mighty fine with good Italian sausages topped with grilled peppers and onions. The brat buns in my area aren't very good. Too much bread and usually doughy. Thanks for the French loaf idea.

Gotta love sausage (sweet and hot) peppers and onions.  I never thought about using CI on the grill for the peppers and onions.  Thanks for the idea.
