We were going to do steaks and burgers, but everyone here has the flu.

Boneless skin-on chicken breasts on the WW 22.

Spun a cinnamon sugar pineapple on the CB 26.75" rotisserie for dessert (pineapple two ways: fresh and spun) .

Coconut rice, black beans, and sauteed peppers/onions rounded out the meal.

Wifey was really happy. Crushed it!

The '63 Westerner with rotisserie cranked out a 17.6lb prime grade prime rib. It was killer.

You guys crushed my cook! Had some unexpected visitors in the evening, so we just did a couple burgers after they left. Indirect until I thought they were almost done, then a little sear and cheese melt. They came out perfect
