Fantastic roadside and sides! I need to do some roadside on my next chicken cook.  :)

Thanks. First time using cast iron. I'm a fan. The roadside chicken recipe is my favorite chicken cook. I've done it 3 times this spring already. I basically grew up on the stuff.
