St. Patrick’s Day dinner.
« on: March 16, 2019, 04:13:42 PM »
A day early!  Cooked the pre packaged corned beef on the stove inside but wanted to incorporate the grill somehow.  Came up with grilled rubens.   Grilled rye/Swiss cheese sandwiches as the outside.  Corned beef and sour kraut and thousand island in between.
