So I am not sure if any of you have seen or tried the UMAI Dry Aged Steak Bags... but I did! This Friday when I have some more time I will be grilling some of these bad boys up and I will report progress with more photos.

Here are some before and after pictures of the strip loin...

I haven't used the UMAI bags but I have dry aged a prime rib roasts. You will be in for a treat!

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

It was such an easy process and not very expensive either... just had to sacrifice a shelf in my fridge for 35 days haha. Rib roast is my next try... but a 10 pound slab ain't cheap!

Looks awesome.  I've been pondering doing this I got my foodsaver for Christmas. 

What grade of strip loin did you use?

same here I needed a foodsaver so I said screw it for what it cost why not try it... I think it was prime.
