Greetings from sunny (for the next five minutes at least) Sussex, South-East UK.
Some great content on here and clearly some talented restorers, grill chefs and creative brains with too much time on your hands
so I’m looking forward to learning from those who jumped first.
Been cremating bangers (sausages) and burgers in the traditional British style (‘kill it with fire!’) for years, but started to see the light this Sping when I purchased a Go Anywhere and the Craycort GoGrate. Chose the GA primarily for camping and trips to the beach but was blown away by how controllable the grill was. So impressed that I started using it in combination with regular home cooking for searing and quick smoking of meat, fish, veggies etc, plus the obvious straight out last-minute-grill sessions. Regularly fire it up just to smoke and sear some aubergines and courgettes.
Finally took the plunge this week and ordered a Master Touch 57, so looking forward to grilling through the winter. May even do the turkey on it this Christmas.
