I followed the Weber Thanksgiving video for prepping and cooking a turkey. I used the Red Kettle, maintaining a temp of 300 degrees. This is one of the best turkeys I have ever had. The white meat was juicy, flavorful, and so tender you could cut it with a fork.

Nice looking bird!  Do you brine your turkey for 24-48 hours before cooking?  NOTE: Haven't watched the video.
