24 pounder on the WSM with SPG - kingsford competition(cause it's on sale at Costco) and post oak. Burnt ends got treated with Cosmos Cow cover,  Memphis Ginger dust and Peach Pecan BBQ sauce from Fredricksburg Farms.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Rainbow trout from a P&T lake nearby

That's awesome, fresh caught fish on the half shell!

What's a P&T lake?

Cheers

Sime

It was tasty, little smoke touch of cherrywood. It stands for put and take, they put fish in it and if you pay you can catch and take it home. I thought that was an american invention. In sweden we dont have rainbowtrout naturally so the owner of the lake get them from fishfarms. Not my favorite fishing but we had a nice evening in a nice little forestlake

I gotta try burnt ends.  All these years, still haven't made em.  Ate em in KC tho.

A small 2.2lb rack of Berkshire pork spareribs St. Louis style cooked on a CB roti in a basket.

Absolutely freaking fantastic, I'm sure they're similar to hanging ribs in a wsm. Juicy with a nice firm exterior. It's probably the best rack of ribs I've ever eaten.

Cook time was 90 minutes. Beans in the basement, jalapeƱo poppers at grate level and ribs spinning on the roti.

Cheers

@Sime
Lake owner might "put" the fish in the lake. Angler still needs the skills to catch the fish.... Sounds like a good day on the water and a nice fish dinner.

Thanks for posting your catch and cook!

It was raining yesterday (Saturday) afternoon here in Florida. I was stuck in the house, so I ground a 25lb boneless chuck roll into 22lbs of ground chuck.

Sunny and humid today in NCF. Great weather to grill freshly ground chuck burgers for lunch today.

Cheers
