Nothing too crazy today, celebrated more so over the weekend, but did need to break in a new grate for the CGA with some chorizo (Mexican and Argentinian, Logan's out of Alexandria, VA).  Also had did a few wings for good measure (probably 8 minutes too far for some, but crispy and delicious for me!).

As a Virginian, I thought you might know about them.  They were on sale several weeks ago and they have like 6 varieties of chorizo!  I had to get one of each.  They are so flippin' good!
