Luckily I live within walking distance to a brewery that makes amazing beer, they even have a taproom. Let’s see your favorites!

Lol. You guys can keep your craft beer.

Pabst blue ribbon is good too, does that count?  It’s still a lager and not an inferior craft ale [emoji12]

I drink almost any beer if it's free. If i have to pay for it, it has to be Heineken.

In about two years of using Untappd, I just got my badge for a 500th variety. My list of favorites would be pretty long to post. Big barrel aged stouts are my favorite, but I’ll drink most anything but IPA and pale ales. Mother’s is probably at the top of the list of favorite breweries. That being said... not afraid of Bud Light.

Ahh beer. Let's talk about beer.

I'm a long time Beer Advocate member. Also, an award winning home brewer (currently on hiatus). I have run the gamut of beer styles for almost 20 years: AAL, Malt liquor, Euro lagers, APA, Stouts, Barrel Aged Beers, IPA's of all sorts, Sours. I've attended beer fests and poured at them. I've made and sampled the craziest homebrew concoctions that end up getting submitted to the AHA/ProAm. I'm not a "ticker," but if I were, I'd be up there. I don't remember them all, but I do remember some of the "Whalez" from bottle shares I've attended.

They say if you travel far enough, you'll eventually find yourself. That said, I find myself gravitating toward lower ABV beers (under 5.5%) these days (macro or craft). I opt for "cold." Free is good too :)

Best commercial beer I've ever tasted? Lawson's Double Sunshine.

Last commercial beer I drank? Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

There are so many great breweries these days that you can't ever hope to try them all (not like 10-15 years ago), but it's so much easier now to get exceptional examples very close to home.
