Vintage cook books
« on: December 05, 2018, 05:22:08 PM »
Adding on to my collection of Weber and grilling related cook books.  Cool stuff!

I picked this up recently for $10

An eclectic mix of recipes.  And some nice pix of vintage kettles

The Better Homes and Gardens books were $0.99 at an antique store.  looks like a Wood Dale mlh in this page.

This one is my favorite

I had a James Beard BBQ cookbook from the early 1960s but it's apparently lost in the Sands of Time.

Lots of big iron rotisseries, cooking racks, outdoor fireplaces, etc. Great dripping slabs of meat. Every recipe somehow included butter.
