Low / no sodium rubs
« on: October 06, 2018, 01:30:09 PM »
So Dr tells me I need to cut out / greatly reduce the amount of salt in my diet.

So I am looking for recommendations for some rubs, homemade or commercial, that folks like that are low salt.

Thanks all for the help ahead of time

I have been using a salt free lemon pepper rub from Aldi on salmon lately. Love it.
