First low and slow on my kettle

First time cooking a long low and slow cook with a pork butt on my 22” kettle

Looking good. Here’s a tip, cut those big butts in half to reduce your cook time and double the bark surface area.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
