Corned beef and stir fry

So up north with the wife. God why do I go back to IL.? I love it here. So quiet 🤫 and slow. Woke up and Marinated the chicken in honey teriyaki sauce to grill before putting into the stir fry that we are having for lunch.

Now dinner My aunt and uncle are coming over for dinner we are going to do corn beef and cabbage so I made the beef broth for the Dutch ovens doing 2 because... well because I want to.

 Stir fry done [emoji736]. Had a small hiccup. I can’t stress this enough... ALWAYS! Always! Check your charcoal bag before you poor.

My dumbass didn’t and the last person that stayed in the house (my son) put the plastic bag of wood chips inside the charcoal bag ...

But all in all it’s good

Thanks It was. We had zero leftover Corned Beef, and (1) 32oz container of stir fry that I ate 1/2 later in the night when I got hungry around 2AM

Looks like a relaxing weekend. Food looks awesome too. So you grilled the corned beef before it went in the pot? I hadn’t thought of doing that.

I cook it in beef stock for about 1.5 to 2 hours then remove and char the outside then back into the stock until done.
