First time trying fish on my OTP.  Took off the skin, salt-and-peppered both sides, then slathered on some honey dijon mustard and brown sugar and topped with lemon slices.  Also grilled some multi-colored carrots- orange, yellow, and purple.  Boiled them for 4-5 minutes, salt-and-peppered them, then slathered on some honey butter I made on the stove top.  Cooked the salmon indirect to 145°, took about 18 minutes or so and put the carrots on direct for about 6-7 minutes, flipping at 3-4 minutes.  Both turned out to be quite delicious.  My wife even thought so too and she's the most infuriatingly picky eater on the planet.  Gave myself two pats on the back.

Nice. The carrots sound amazing. I need to do that.

Perfect! As I'm doing salmon today, I will also try the carrots

Here is one more pat on the back, stealing the carrot idea

Great looking dinner.  Carrot idea has officially been stolen.

I just can confirm. The carrots are really good! I did also a piece of salmon (on my combo smoker using only SPG and hickory chips - it took approx. 17 minutes at 400f). Additionally, I fried some rice in my CI wok. As the temp in my beater was really high after I fried the rice, I made the carrots indirectly glazing them before and during the cook.
