Labor day ribs

Classic 3 2 1 method. Hard 225 held the entire time.  I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce, although this stuff for a pass - I like it.

The stacker is a smoke EZ. I have the same thing. I ended up not being big fan of it. It's not a very heavy gauge metal at all and doesn't hold the heat that well. That's just my opinion. I wish I had bought the Cajun Bandit.

Yep smoke ez. It's decent, although I noticed it is getting discoloration inside after a few smokes. It clears up with cleaning. But I'm with you on the cajun bandit.  I haven't had a hard time with holding temp though.
