2 hour ribs and tips on the 26

I don't like double posting content but I wanted to place this in the grilling and bbq section and give credit to @vwenguy

I have done 2 hour ribs many times in the past but I tweaked it to what he said to do awhile back and the results are great. 1 hour smoke 1 hour wrap. 375-425ish

I hung a spare ribs couple days ago at 375-400F and it only took 1 hour 30 minutes.   Took it off when IT reached 190 and wrapped it to rest for 30 minutes .  Straight lump, no wood chunk for smoke.

Yeah Jules I can't wait to try hanging ribs. I have to make or buy something first but I will get to it. Did you use your deflector?  Looks great

I can only double it. I used the method already 3 times and I'm really amazed with the results.
