First 3 racks in my 26er

Used the sns, kingsford coal and applewood chips. 3-2 -1 with just s&p and some sweet baby rays. I'm only gonna have about 3 ribs for lunch tomorrow and that's if I hide them real good in the fridge. Love the room to work with on the 26. Can't wait to do a monster brisket on this baby. Thanks again Rich
