Value is in the eye of the beholder.  Given the condition of the lid and bowl handles, I'd go $20.

Looks to be an F-Code or so.  Little rim-rash never hurt 20yrs of future cooks.  Handles are never hard to find at Zavods house.  $20-$50 depending on how much you want a functional  RED  kettle.
