Today’s dinner was my wife’s choice for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and she wanted Rotisserie Chicken.. always a good choice ;-)
The day was going good with the kids coming over and all the yummy snacks and adult beverages, and then the door bell rings ( ring ring ) and it’s the post man with a package.. for me :-)
I opened the pack and thought.. damn that’s perfect timing from
@Josh G ! How the heck does he ship a package from USA to The Netherlands and plan for it to show up on our Anniversary ?

Seeing as I fire up the kettle almost every day I’m sure I will think of Josh every time I cook.
