I can't find a good deep frying forum, and I like y'all so I'll just post it here. I think duke was on me to post more cooks, too.

BBQ-4-U has a deep fry forum but they want me too attach all my images. That's cool if u have a computer, but I don't just a old ass iPhone.

I see alot of you are members there too, tho.

Mullet & Nuggets

Last night I fired up my outdoor R&V Works Cajun Tube Fryer for some quick tasty grub. Mine is a 6 gallon model.

On the menu was some fried mullet with some crispy southern breading, chick-fil-a style nuggets, waffle fries (cause u gotta have the with your chick-fil-a nuggets right!?) and some of my own personal creation cheesy pizza sticks.*

Which I love. Take 2 sticks of string cheese and some pepperoni and wrap it up in a eggroll deep fry those mofo's and dip in pizza sauce.

They're flipping amazing.
