Smashed burgers again

Made some smashed burgers again, this time i made them a little bigger and i think i like these better then last time. used 80/20 ground beef.

Smash burgers have become a smash hit in my household. The taste that comes from a hot griddle remind me of the old days and the drive up delicatessens.

Fire Starter

It might just be me but it seems a shame to smash all the juice out of them ? My 1 rule is don't squish. Maybe I'm wrong??

It seems counter intuitive but smashing burgers on a super hot griddle yields very juicy burgers when executed properly. Im always surprised how great they are. My favorite way to cook them.
