Damn dude. That is one sexy piece of meat. What is it? Also did u cook it direct or was that slow cooked. It looks like u got the two charcoal pots underneath your centre grill

It was a big joint of rib of beef 🥩 I just cut it into slices it was mainly cooked direct but I kept moving it from direct to indirect it was a nice chunk lol it took around 30 mins for it to reach medium lol
