The old spirit did really nice work on some legs tonight. It’s not a sear machine but works good for grilling items that can take some time. Maybe not as set it and forget it as indirect charcoal but very good.
The sauced legs are not bbq. I made a sauce that was 70% sirracha and some honey soy and molasses. If you like spicy sweet combo, you need to try this. It was really good.
