I'm doing ribs, shrimp, corn on the cob, green beans, and loaded mashed potatoes. Finishing the night with Johnnie Walker Blue Label Scotch.

We ended up making some gourmet brats from a specialty place for lunch - my ex brought them down with him and he and I both had some ribs in the freezer so we smoked those for dinner. I had my kids make an orzo salad with dill and feta and some doctored up baked beans to go with it.

For a change, we did not end up with mass quantities of leftovers-something I've been trying to avoid since my kids don't seem to want to eat them and I end up having to toss them. So all in all, I call it a success!!
