“Oklahoma Style” Smash Burgers
« on: June 08, 2018, 04:53:54 PM »
Started with a cast iron pan over two charcoal baskets

80/20 beef made into balls

Added a ton of shaved onion to the pan

Let it cook up a while, added the beef and smash it down into the onions. I like to add mustard to the top so when I flip it it gets caramelized and crispy

Toasted the buns, added some pickles and it’s time to eat!
