Had the Girlfriend's Family over for Mother's day dinner...decided on Pepper Stout Beef and Skillet taters...
Turned out awesome...if you haven't made PSB....you realllly should

Two of my favs!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Butter the skillet, slice and toss the taters in olive oil and your choice of seasoning  ( mine is salt, pepper, inion, garlic)...cook over coals at about 350ish until fork tender

Thanks! I made taters on the skillet on the grill for the first time and it turned out well. Will definitely be doing this more so we don't have to fire up the oven as summer is rolling in.
