Yes it is but the Fiorentina was too big and I can’t use it in normal position for direct cooking.

however I think that also in this position works very well ... have you ever tried to use the vortex upside down for direct cooking?

I use my vortex in the inverted position a lot...Not quite as hot but gives a bigger sear zone...

If I need a small grill instead of using the SJ I use the inverted V in my 22" and have better control of airflow...
