Hey guys, this is more of a shoutout to @Brain_stl more than anything.
My youngest had her bday party today at our local park so I had reached out to our local stl grillfella, Brian, to ask if I could borrow his ranch for the day. He said absolutely so yesterday I drove over to pick it up, got to see some absolutely beautiful grills and grill accessories he's been collecting and shoot the shit for a minute.

I was pretty stoked and very lucky to be able to cook on this BEAST and as luck would have it, I'm going to be keeping this grill for a week.

So, as I type this, my bride is at the store picking up various items along with multiple chickens and whatever other proteins cause I'm gonna do some more cooks on this bad boy while it's here.

The party went extremely well. Good weather, especially for what we have been dealing with this month with rain and winter like weather. Had a good turnout and the kiddos had a good day.

Anyways, I'll be posting some more cooks this week from this big ass grill so thanks again Brian. I appreciate it so very much brother.

Great job Travis.  What a special birthday memory for your daughter to have.  Looks like someone snuck a taste of the cake.

How difficult was it to load and unload?  Can it be done by one person?

Not hard to load at all. It's not heavy with the grates out and lid off just big.

Never tried loading and unloading one by myself.  Even though they are not that heavy with the grates removed, I have always had a second person assist in loading. Although I have unloaded Performers by myself, I can't see a Ranch kettle being done by one person.  That would have back injury written all over it.  Ranch kettles are more cumberson.

*After thinking some more on it, I guess you could try lifting one side and setting two of the legs on a truck tailgate.  Then move around and lift the other two legs up and slide it into a truck bed.
