Tomohawk Ribeye on the Key Lime

Finally got around to breaking in the Easy Spin SS grate from ABC Barbecue (Secret Santa gift from @MikeRocksTheRed ).  Love this grate paired with the SnS.  Won't cook a steak any other way now.  Amazing. Cooked on the 70's key lime.











Paired with a vintage Cabernet (2004) from my cellar.

Looks great!  I'm glad you are liking the grate.  I love mine.  It's my go to now for my 22 and my 26er!
