Smoked Kilbasa on mini WSM

I have 4 lbs of fresh Kilbasa so I took out my trusty mini and with some wood that came from an old wine barrel made this!! Smells awesome
Can’t wait to eat it!!

That is a great color, i can smell the smoke from here.
One of our favorite foods off the smoker,then onto a plate of white rice,and baked tomatoes. So much flavor on a plate.
