Cooking up a snack of some short ribs on the 1979 GA. Using Weber briquettes and a combo of mesquite and peach wood. Ribs are seasoned with a coffee rub.

I need to find a regular store to get some short ribs. I'm sure the butcher shop has them but I'm not sure I want to know how much they cost.

Can't wait to see the finished product.

The price has skyrocketed lately. I grabbed these because they were on special... and I've never seen short ribs this meaty! They're going to be my lunch tomorrow.
