Tri tip at sams

Finally we can get normal unseasoned tri tip at a regular store. All I've cooked is pre seasoned tri tips at sams and they are terribly over seasoned. This is the first time I'm starting with a fresh one. Late start tonight for sure

Thank you. I reverse seared it. This was 3 lbs. temp gauge read 500 for an hour to bring it to 125 internal then I seared it for two minutes a side.
