Anyone try them? Like 'em? Hate 'em? I'm trying them out for the first time with green onions and some salt and Asian garlic sauce.

Are they pre-mades or ground & you're pattying up?

I guess either way, I've wrapped in bacon to keep some juiciness insurance........

Fresh ground. Pattying it up. Haven't thought about a bacon method.

I'll mix a little Woosty in....not a lot, not heavy like beef.....bacon is more to keep from drying out, but you know what you're doing & won't overcook, I'm not worried !!!

I like very small diced onion mixed in, so if that's your cup of tea, helps moisture too.....

I only eat turkey burgs, I love 'em, I have grillgrates(www.grillgrates.com) to prevent them from sticking.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Love them !!! Homemade patties of course. I use a little Olive Oil in the mix to keep moist during cooking. I also cook turkey burgers indirect until just about done then a quick direct at the end.
