So excited about the time change. I get to grill after work while it’s still light out. Put the 18” out of the shed and fired it up. Hadn’t done bone in chops for a while. So much juicer than boneless. Really enjoyed them.

Yeah, my 18's have limited use, 'cept for when it's just the wife and me. Usually, we're cooking for 8, so the bigger guns get loaded.

No kidding!!!! After living in AZ where we don't change clocks and combined with the cold weather here in Denver I have been miserable this winter. Seriously debating living in AZ during the winters!
