Another spun chicken

Nothing fancy. Just a roaster on the rotisserie with webers kick 'n chicken rub. No wood for this one. Just charcoal heat.  I used a bit more smoke than desired on yesterday's pork loin so going the opposite way with this.

Also trying to break in a new grilling buddy. Rescued her Friday and she has been very slow to adjust. She s a 3 year old golden. Not the typical jumpy golden, but a shy and reserved golden. Hoping we can give her a good home. We have 10 days to see if she will accept us. So far she hasn't willingly gone outside but we have coerced her into trips as pictured. She wants to like us but isn't quite sure.

Thanks guys. The food was good. The pup is progressing, but slowly. Inside she's a pancake. Outside she opens up a bit. Fingers crossed.
