I used my new to me blue 22” i got from @jaynik. I love this cooker!
Bought the wings already cut at Whole Foods. Rinsed and patted dry, then put in a gallon ziplock with a tbsp of olive oil to get them all coated.
As soon as the coals were ready, i put all the wings on, along with a few small chunks of apple wood, and ran back inside and melted a stick of butter, added a half cup of grated Parmesan, some black pepper and some garlic salt. Ran back out after 10 minutes and basted the wings. Waited about 10 more minutes, flipped them, and basted again. 10 minutes later, they were done. So damn delicious. Will use more garlic next time!
